About the GPHA

The Grande Pointe Homeowners Association was founded in 1994 by a group of residents with a mission to enhance the community life of its local residents.

Early on, the GPHA was hard at work building the foundation of a community park nestled between the Seine River and locally-dubbed “Old 59”. Since then, the Grande Pointe Homeowners Association is proud to be the leading organization who has secured funding for and initiated the construction of a picnic shelter, family playground, stage and just recently, the new Grande Pointe Community Centre where residents can gather year-round.

The GPHA believes in the importance of sharing news and building a positive, thriving community that you can be proud to be a part of.

Located in the Rural Municipality of Ritchot in southeast Manitoba, Grande Pointe is thriving with continued residential and commercial developments, tightly woven by a strong community spirit. The GPHA acknowledges that its community park and amenities are located on Treaty 1 territory, traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation.
